Refiner-To-Go

Stillreach Landing Station now has a refinery of its own: Refiner-To-Go refines every recipe the Abandoned Processing Yard does, three times slower. Fuel included.

A rust-patched refinery machine, a red fuel tank, control panel and hopper bolted together under a lit REFINER-TO-GO sign on the wall of a weathered service building, workbenches and crates to either side, aurora and a pale moon over the highlands at twilight — A current view from the playable build.

Beside Last Leg Trading's terminal at Stillreach Landing Station, a patched-together refinery has been bolted to the service building. Step into Refiner-To-Go from the station's places and you get the same Refining console as the Abandoned Processing Yard. Nothing is asked of you first: no Mission and no ship, only the Refining level and materials each recipe already needs. See Mining & Refining.

It will run every recipe the Yard does, with the same materials, chances and experience, but each attempt takes three times as long. A Full Small Fuel Canister takes 108 seconds instead of 36, and at Refining 8 it is still a 50.68% chance. The Yard on Skatboll stays the quicker place to refine.

Refiner-To-Go works only from what you are carrying. Your Rivet's Cargo Hold is not an ingredient pool, so move Oil Shale and an Empty canister into your Inventory before you start.
